Mr. Dilson Prado da Fonseca has had a significant and diverse career in the aviation industry, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on approach to business growth. His journey began at 12 when he entered the aviation industry as a UTA União Táxi Aéreo office boy. Over the years, his passion and ambition led him to build a successful career, marked by milestones showcasing his dedication and business acumen.
1. Early Start in Aviation: At 16, Mr. Fonseca moved from office boy to flight coordinator. By 19, he launched the first Aircraft Car Wash in Itaituba, Pará, and at 20, acquired an aircraft mechanic workshop.
2. Aircraft Ownership: At 21, he bought a Beaver DHC-2, followed by a Turbo-Prop King-Air C-90 at 22, which he used for operations in the Boa Vista gold mine.
3. Expansion into Air Transport: By 26, he had acquired a Bandeirante plane and leased it to TABA for operations in the Amazon. At 28, he created Brazil's largest air distribution network for medicines, covering the North and Northeast.
4. Acquisition of Larger Aircraft: At 33, he bought a Brasília EMB-120, followed by two Boeing 727-200 Cargo aircraft at 34. These were used for his UPS contract, which involved flying between Brazil and Argentina.
5. Acquisition of TransBrasil: In 2002, Mr. Fonseca acquired TransBrasil for R$1.00, assumed R$810 million in debt, and committed US$30 million to restructuring. He still holds a controlling interest in the airline through a legally binding share transfer agreement.

With over 45 years of hands-on experience, his strategic vision is to offer world-class private aviation services through his company, PRADO JET AVIATION, LLC, including aircraft buying, reselling, and chartering.
His deep industry knowledge and expertise as a seasoned pilot and leader position him to significantly impact the U.S. aviation sector. He aims to provide tailored aviclients'lutions to meet clients' diverse needs, ensuring top-notch service, reliability, and operational excellence. By opening business operations in the U.S., Mr. Prado aims to bring his unique approach to aviation and elevate the aviation experience for discerning clients across North America.
